Let the Flips Begin

S1 E1

We meet Oliver, Jesse, AJ, Sophia, and Bella -- our teen flippers -- along with their mentors, Bill and Ryleigh. The teens choose their flips and present them to Bill. A birthday celebration takes place for Sophia, Bella, and Ryleigh.

Hurricane Hault

S1 E2

A massive hurricane threatens the properties of Olly, AJ, and Jesse, while Sophia and Isabella may have bitten off more than they can chew with a renovation that is twice as big as the other kids.

Getting Back on Track

S1 E3

After multiple storm delays, AJ and Jesse finally make it to Tampa, Oliver pivots his plans due to lost time from the hurricane, and Bill shares personal details about his life and family.

Time for a Little Fun

S1 E4

The teens take a much needed break from work to play some mini-golf and pet some baby alligators. Olly tears up the streets with his first driving lesson.

Runaway Budget

S1 E5

The teen flippers begin to realize the difficulties of real estate when they face unexpected financial issues. Olly is sidelined from football after breaking his collarbone, and Jesse and AJ struggle to juggle their schoolwork and renovations.

Leave Your Mark

S1 E6

The teens share the heart of the show by giving back, serving others, and causing a ripple effect throughout their community. Olly, AJ, Jesse, Sophia, and Isabella each leave a meaningful message for the future homeowner.

It Takes a Village

S1 E7

AJ and Jesse's house is almost complete. Olly focuses on curb appeal, and Ryleigh visits Moses Lake to hang out with Sophia and Bella.

Setting the Stage

It's time for the big reveal! the punch lists are done, and staging is complete; Bill tours each property and reveals the incredible transformation these kids have achieved in only 10 days.

Bill gathers the teens and their families in Tennessee for the finale celebration and a recap of each renovation; we'll see where each kid excelled and where they may have fallen short, and a sneak peek at just how successful their flips might be.
